Limited Warranty and Zirconia Lifetime Performance
Warranty/Replacement Policy
All crown and bridge restorations, removable prosthetics, and other devices are guaranteed to be made according to the prescribing dentist’s standards by Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab.
Within a period of one year for traditional and two years for digital, Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab will repair or replace any removable product that fails to owe to flaws in materials or workmanship, such as fractured acrylic and/or a tooth falling out of a removable appliance.
A removable prosthesis produced without a try-in/setup will void the warranty.
If the failure is due to faults in materials or workmanship, immediate dentures, immediate acrylic flippers, immediate flexible partials, and night guards are covered for up to 90 days.
The immediate denture or partial that needs to be relined after teeth are extracted is not covered by the guarantee. Because the tissue remodels after teeth are extracted, an immediate denture or partial is likely to require a reline as a standard procedure or remake after a few months.
Any Zirconia product that fails to owe to faults in materials or workmanship, such as chipped or cracked porcelain, will be replaced by Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab. All Zirconia cases will be restored for free if the restoration fails within the patient’s lifetime.
Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab will replace E-MAX restoration that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, for up to two years.
In the following ways, our limited liability warranty also applies to All-on-X cases:
A temporary period of six months.
For a period of one year, the final hybrid acrylic bridge was completed.
Implant bar or custom abutment milled for five years (If bar needs to be replaced, teeth will also be replaced at no charge). Implant bars with an interocclusal spacing of less than 12mm and cantilevers of more than 15mm are not warranted.
Limited lifetime warranty on Zirconia Crowns on a Milled Implant Bar or custom abutment.
We do not guarantee any implant-assisted or supported prosthesis due to implant failure, nor do we guarantee implant parts or components. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for the implant system in question.
Orthodontic appliances are warranted for a period of 90 days.
All repairs and replacements must be done at our lab. Our limited warranty does not cover repairs made on any prosthesis or product created by another laboratory.
To be eligible for a warranty, your account must be in good standing.
The warranty will not be honored if a new impression is requested and denied.
Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab is not liable for any additional expenditures or fees incurred as a result of dental device adjustments, repairs, or replacement.
Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab cannot guarantee that such devices are appropriate for any particular purpose if that is not permitted by law.
It supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, and cannot be amended by any Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab agent, employee, representative, or distributor.
Remake Policy
Under the following circumstances, remake charges of 50-100 percent will apply:
1-A remake is requested if the customer requests a different tooth color or mold than what was originally specified.
2-If the original request changed in terms of treatment or material, a remake is required.
3-If a remake is required, more than 30 days have passed since the invoice date.
4-If the restoration fits the model but not the mouth, a remake is sought.
5-Original materials or appliances are not returned if a remake is requested but the reason for the remake is not indicated.
6-In the event that a remake is needed after the lab determines that the provided case materials are incomplete and/or unsatisfactory, and the customer refuses to make any adjustments, refuses a try-in, or does not submit the necessary materials.
The Remake Policy of Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab does not apply to any accounts that are past due. Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab retains the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to take new cases or process remade cases until the account is current and the amount is paid in full.
If the original appliance is not returned at the time of the remake request, there will be a non-refundable fee.
Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab reserves the right to change the remake policy at any time and without warning.
Payment Terms and conditions
Payment is due in full when the equipment or services are delivered.

On accounts with past due balances, Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab may refuse to accept new orders or finish existing transactions.
Until the account is current, accounts that are more than sixty (60) days past due will be subject to COD, including any COD surcharge. A delinquent account holder may be required to pay a deposit for existing or future orders by Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab.
Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab retains the right to refuse orders and/or end the agreement at any time without notice. The customer undertakes to pay all outstanding balances, as well as any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs connected with collecting the balance of monies owed, following any termination.
