Our Vision
Our vision is to make digital dentistry the standard of our products and highly accessible to every patient across the nation.
Traditional ways of generating a dental impression are still used by the majority of dentists; these procedures result in poorly fitting restorations and, in many cases, repeated repair efforts. Because many dental laboratories use outdated procedures, the outcomes are frequently disappointing.
We at Art & Cosmetic Dental Lab feel that switching outdated dental techniques to digital processing is a superior way to make high-quality dental restorations and improve patients’ smiles.
Following this idea, our team was motivated to create a wholly digital method for generating high-quality dental restorations.
THE TEAM
Meet Rahim
The company was founded by a President who earned a DMD from Shiraz University, Iran, in 1996.
After graduating, he worked as a dentist in Iran for more than 15 years.
Dr. Sergio Ortegon, DDS, MS Prosthodontist, Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Texas in Houston, guided him in learning about the US dental standard after he moved to the United States with his family in 2011.
In 2016, he passed the CDT exam and received his CDT license, allowing him to operate his own dental laboratory. In the sector of removable appliances, he has over 25 years of expertise.
Meet Peter
Peter studied dental lab technology at the Dental Institute Technology in Germany from 1977 to 1981 and was certified as a CDT by the German Dental Association.
1983 was the year he moved to New York City, where he opened his own laboratory until 2010.
In 2010, he passed the CDT exam and obtained a CDT license, in addition to opening a new dental lab in Houston.
He joined us at the beginning of 2022 with more than 40 years of experience as an expert in dental implants and fix restoratives.

Imes-icore 350i Loader PRO+(Germany)
With a fully automated blank magazine, the CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO+ allows for unmanned all-around machining of up to 12 blanks. The machine processing system is a novel machine concept, intended to suit all requirements of modern CAD/CAM processing, thanks to the exact repositioning of the zero-point clamping system, which allows multiple PreFab abutment holders to be employed. All applicable cobalt chrome, titanium, zirconium dioxide blank materials, plastics, block materials, and novel future materials can thus be processed with a single machine system, essentially without limitations.
High-resolution dynamic servo motors and exceptional measuring systems are also included in the CORiTEC 350i PRO+ series. The CORiTEC 350i PRO+ is equipped with a water-cooled, powerful 3-fold hybrid ball bearing a 2.6 kW milling spindle to fully exploit this sophisticated technology’s full potential. Massive stainless steel blank holders aid in stability and vibration reduction. The milling spindle is kept at a constant temperature by water cooling, which reduces thermal expansion greatly.
